Cartouche Heritage is operated by Louise Linde, Porto, Portugal, who is the controller of the personal data described below. Questions about privacy may be sent to enquiries@cartoucheheritage.com.
What is collected
This website sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics or behavioural tracking. If you contact Cartouche Heritage through the enquiry form or by email, the information you provide may include your name, email address, property address or location, and the details of your enquiry.
How it is used
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, assess a possible commission, carry out any commission you request, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. It is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Enquiry and commission data is processed because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into or performing a contract. Certain records may also be retained to comply with legal and tax obligations.
Service providers
The enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms so that the information you submit can be delivered to Cartouche Heritage. Cloudflare serves and protects the website and may process technical connection data, including IP addresses, as part of that service. Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces and may receive technical request data when your browser downloads them. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.
Web3Forms and Google Fonts are operated from outside the European Economic Area, so submitting the enquiry form or loading the site may involve a transfer of technical or enquiry data to the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards published by the providers concerned.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary to answer or follow up the enquiry. Commission correspondence and business records are kept for the duration of the work and for any period required by Portuguese law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or request a portable copy where the law provides those rights. Write to enquiries@cartoucheheritage.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and security controls provided through Cloudflare. Enquiry information should be limited to what is relevant to the property and the requested research. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial details, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the form.
